Dissolve in boiling water. Perfect when you require a quality stock. It is an ideal ingredient for creating soups, gravies, sauces, pies and casseroles. Bouillon powder is available in the following flavours: Beef, Vegetable and Chicken - they're all deliciously versatile.
Add 30g/1oz of Bouillon powder to 1 litre/1 ¾ pints of boiling water. Bring water back to the boil, stirring continuously.
Chicken: Salt, Modified Starch, Flavour Enhancer E621, Yeast Extract, Dried Chicken, Dried Onions, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Herbs and Spice Extract.
