Custard Powder

  • Cornflour, Salt, Colouring Annatto, Flavourings.

    Packed on premises that handles nuts, seeds, cereals, soya and products containing gluten.

  • Add 28g / 1oz of  custard powder and 56g / 2oz of sugar to a little cold milk from a pint, mix to a smooth paste. Bring the milk to the boil and pour over the mix. Return to the saucepan and simmer until it thickens.
