  • RICE PUDDING (Ground Rice)
    Heat 570ml/1 pint milk in a saucepan and sprinkle in  56g/2oz of ground rice and 28g/1oz of  sugar. Stirring continuously on a low heat bring to a boil until it thickens. Pour into a greased oven proof dish Bake for 30-40 mins at 180ºC, 360ºF, Gas 4, or until golden.
