    Packed on premises that handles nuts, seeds, cereals, soya and products containing gluten.

  • Cooking Rice:
    Use a ratio of 2½ boiling water to 1 rice. Add the rice to a pan with the boiling water and a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil on a high heat, then turn the heat down to low, do not stir. Cover and leave until all of the water has been absorbed. Now  fluff it up with a fork and take it off the heat. Pop the lid back on so it stays hot. Cooking time approximately 25 minutes.


    Washing Rice :
    Wash in several changes of tap water and then pour water over rice and soak for half an hour. Drain in a sieve. This will remove the excess starch and help achieve fluffy rice.
