  • Semolia Pudding:

    Add 56g / 2oz of Semolina

    570ml / 1 pint of milk


    1. In a small saucepan, stir together the milk and sugar. Set over medium heat, and bring to a boil.
    2. When it boils, immediately remove from the heat. Stir in the semolina, and then return to the heat.
    3. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until thickened but still pourable.
    4. Pour into serving bowls, and top with your favorite topping.
