Add 500g/1lb 2oz strawberries & cream cake mix into a bowl fitted with a beater. On slow speed gently add 200ml/7fl oz water and 120ml/4 fl oz of vegetable oil mix for 1 minute. Scrape down and mix for 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour the mixture into a greased lined loaf tin or 6”/7” cake tin. Bake at 180ºC, 360ºF, Gas 4, for approximately 40 - 50 minutes.
